IH is a complementary medicine modality that came into being when the founders, Mathilda van Dyk and Nic Oliver, became frustrated with the limitations of talk therapies. They worked to develop a truly revolutionary holographic approach to healing that offers deep and lasting relief from a wide range of emotional, spiritual, mental, neurological and physical dysfunctions. Over the years of practising this super powerful healing method, I have used it to allow me to tune in to the subconscious mind and get directly to the main complaint. This allows me to know the core reason for your complaint, whereby I then use healing techniques learnt in IH to balance out this issue. I found it to be most powerful for assisting chronic illness, relationship issues, self sabotaging and emotional trauma.

Integrated Healing Kinesiology

Shiatsu Bodywork (90 min)

This 90 minute appointment is for those who would like to experience deep rest and relaxation. The first half of the session involves receiving shiatsu / zenthai bodywork on a futon, to stretch out the body and relax the mind. The final half of the session involves Acupuncture to further facilitate relaxation and healing of the mind and body.

All initial consults must start with a 60 minute session. Telehealth services begin with a therapeutic conversation, followed by practical tools and recommendations to deal with your main complaint (herbs, acupressure, self message, meditation, diet and lifestyle changes). The session will finish with energetic healing where we work with distal acupuncture as well as other energetic healing techniques.

Telehealth Wellness Consult (60 min)

This 90 minute session is for those who want more time on the table, for more conversation, massage or to unwind a little more on the treatment table.

Follow up - Chinese Medicine (90 min)

60 + minutes of an in depth consultation where we investigate your health history and main complaint from a Chinese medical perspective. Herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, tui na massage, cupping, gua sha and more may be used to treat your specific needs.

Shiatsu is a deeply restorative bodywork therapy conducted on a futon that works to restore balance in the nervous system. Recipients wear comfortable clothing during the treatment, and a range of techniques are used to move Qi and Blood through the system.
